カボチャが好き。なのでいろいろな生産者の方から購入しています。基本は無農薬であり、自然栽培を好んで選んでいるのですが、そのカボチャについては様々なクオリティです。今回、開梱するなりすでに腐っているカボチャが複数あったのには驚きましたが、生き残りや腐食箇所を除去したカボチャは美味しいです。甘すぎずちょうどよい。食感もべっちゃとしておらず好みです。カボチャはその農家の実力がはっきりと出る印象がありますが、人におすすめできるカボチャです。驚いたのは、包丁で切りやすい。スッと刃が入っていき小分けにするのが簡単でした。細胞が蜜で整っているのでしょうか?顕微鏡で分析しても面白いかも。I love pumpkins. I have the impression that pumpkins are a clear indication of a farmer's ability, but I can recommend this pumpkin to others. What surprised me was how easy it was to cut with a knife. The blade went right in and it was easy to cut into small pieces. Are the cells well arranged with nectar? It would be interesting to analyze it under a microscope.
